Chef
Bersell has accumulated over 20 gold and silver medals in National and
International competitions, along with several Best of Show awards. As
a member of Culinary Team USA, both in 1992 and 1996, Mike traveled to
Frankfurt, Germany; Basel, Switzerland; Luxembourg, and finally to
Berlin for the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung, a.k.a. the
Culinary Olympics, where he won two Silver Medals in 1996. In 1988 he
was honored with the ACF Chapter Chef of the Year award.
Presently, Chef Bersell is Chef de Cuisine at the Land Pavilion at
Epcot® in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. He has previously served as Sous
Chef and Area Chef for Disney as well as Executive Chef for Radisson
Hotels.
