Guide released for National Food Safety Education Month

7/20/2000- September is the National Food Safety Education Month. The Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, FDA, and the Food Safety and Inspection Service, USDA, have completed a "2000 Planning Guide For Food Safety Educators." The guide includes facts sheets, media materials, games, activities, and other information concerning food safety. The guide is available online at FoodSafety.gov.
