           John Folse is the owner and executive chef of his Louisiana-based corporations. The author of numerous books ,he hosts his own National television cooking show, "A Taste of Louisiana", and his syndicated radio show, "Stirrin’ It Up!"

          Named one of the "Top Five Pastry Chefs in the Bay Area" by the San Francisco Chronicle, David Lebovitz is a veteran of Alice Waters' legendary restaurant Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California

           Mike Bersell, C.E.C is a Certified Executive Chef and a member of the 1996 Culinary Team USA. At the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung, a.k.a. the Culinary Olympics, he won two Silver Medals.
