The Columbia Restaurant is a tradition in my family. My great grandfather, Joseph LaCalle visited the restaurant whenever he got even remotely near the Tampa area. My children are the 5th generation of LaCalle desendents to dine there, and my mother makes sure everyone knows when we arrive! Serves 20 In a shallow braiser, layer 10 pound Fresh Red Snapper filets
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
