Chicken Javanese

Boned chicken breast

Flour

Salt

Onions, chopped

Celery, cut diagonally

Butter-margarine mixture

Pineapple chunks with syrup

Peanut butter

Raisins

Soy sauce

TabascoŽ Sauce

Cornstarch

Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt. Sauté until brown on all sides. Arrange in 12 x 18 x 2-inch pans.

Sauté onions and celery in butter-margarine mixture until soft. Add pineapple with syrup, peanut butter,and raisins.

Combine soy sauce, TABASCOŽ brand Pepper Sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Add to mixture, blend smooth, and pour over chicken. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes.

To serve, place cooked rice on dinner plate. Top with chicken breast and sauce.
