| Canola Oil |
3 oz. |
Brown onion, garlic, and celery in oil over
medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until
3/4 done. remove from heat and reserve.
Add flour and cook for 3-4 minutes,
to incorporate
any excess oil. Add shrimp stock and
cook
for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, vinegar, and sugar. Bring to
a boil, reduce heat and add shrimp. |
