Strawberry French Cream Cake


This cake is a favorite in the Yacht Club Galley Restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club Resort.

Procedure

Cut the skin off the top of White Sponge Cakes and cut the tops level if necessary. Slice the sponges into two layers each.
Spread a thick layer of French Butter Cream on each. Set whole, fresh strawberries into buttercream. Repeat process for
remaining sponges. Top with last sponge.

Ice the top and sides of the cakes with a thin layer of French Butter Cream. Place the cakes on cardboard cake rounds for
support. Garnish top with fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings.
