| Fresh Pineapple |
1 lb. |
Dice pineapple, papaya, and mango into uniform
1/4 inch dice.
Chop chives.
Seed and mince jalapeno.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Toss
lightly to coat all ingredients well.
Cover and set for 1 hour. Hold for service. |
