Louisiana Coconut Chicken

Ingredients Amount Method
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup In large sauté pan, heat vegetable oil. Sauté green onions, red pepper, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken and cook 8-10 minutes.

Add coconut, TABASCOŽ brand Pepper Sauce, soy sauce and sherry and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions.


Green onion, sliced 6 oz.
Red bell pepper, diced 2 cups
Fresh garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Fresh ginger, minced 1 Tbsp.
Chicken breast, boneless, diced 3 lbs.
Unsweetened coconut, grated 1 cup
TABASCOŽ Sauce 1/3 cup
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Sherry 1/2 cup
