| Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup |
In large sauté pan, heat vegetable oil. Sauté
green onions, red pepper, garlic and ginger
for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken and cook 8-10 minutes.
Add coconut, TABASCOŽ brand Pepper Sauce,
soy sauce and sherry and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green
onions.
