Meuniere Sauce

Ingredients Amount Method
Butter or Margarine
Onion, minced
1 1/4 lb.
2 oz.
Heat butter. Add onion and brown slightly.
Lemon juice
Worchestershire Sauce
Lemon rind, grated
Salt
1/2 cup
1 Tbl.
1 Tbl.
1 tsp.
Add juice and seasonings. Serve hot over broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, or cabbage.

Chef's Tips:
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds may be sprinkled over the top of vegetables.
