Papaya Glaze

Combine in saucepan:

2 cup Papaya juice
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 each Star Anise, crushed
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

Simmer for 15 minutes. In a seperate bowl, combine:

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Cornstarch

Add to juice mixture, return to a simmer and cook for 5 more minutes.
