Black Sesame Praline

These thin, delicate wafers are excellent served with homemade ice cream or mousse.

Makes 20

In a small saucepan, combine

1/2 stick Butter
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Corn Syrup

Heat until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat and immediately add

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup toasted black sesame seeds

Mix well. Spoon mixture onto greased cookie sheet into half dollar sized portions. Leave sufficient space in between each
portion, as mixture will spread as it cooks.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 4 minutes. Remove from oven when browned. Let cool for only 1 minute and then remove from
pan immediately.

Chef's Tip- Toasted Coconut, Almonds, or Peanuts can be substituted for Sesames.
