Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients / Method

In an electric mixer, cream together

1 stick (4 oz.) Butter, softened
10 ounces Brown Sugar

Place mixer on medium speed and slowly incorporate

1 cup Corn syrup
1 cup Honey

Once fully incorporated, add

1 Egg
1/2 ounce Ground Cinnamon

Place mixer on high and whip well, about 3 minutes.





Chef's Tips:
Omit egg and this recipe can be used as a spread over hot pastries.
